Had an enjoyable stay during our trip. Enjoyed coffee, tea, and biscuits for breakfast. The staff was best and affable, the room was huge. The location was great, near six different buses, and central Edinburgh, and had worth every penny views. Popped in Tony's Fish Bar for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, short walk to Royal Mile in a straight line in about 20 minutes and all tourist attractions. Its location was central, close to Earthy Foods & Goods. Moreover, there was a lake within 10 mins walk from the property.

Parking, healthy meals, VERY HOSPITABLE staff. Reception staff had a real "can do" approach. I loved the soft bed in my superior family room. Bathroom was spacious and it had a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets for my convenience. Pretty decent location and brilliant service in the hotel.
